1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Jay the Painter and their immediate family members are not eligible.
4. Promotion Period
The Wheel of Luck Sweepstakes runs on an ongoing basis until the Sponsor discontinues it. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
5. How to Enter
Visit jaythepainter.com/wheel-of-luck and click "Spin the Wheel." One (1) free spin is permitted per person per calendar day. Daily eligibility is tracked via browser local storage. Clearing browser storage may reset your daily eligibility counter.
Bonus Spin: Participants may earn one (1) additional bonus spin per calendar day by clicking play on all three (3) featured YouTube Shorts videos displayed on the Wheel of Luck page. Each video must be individually played. Once all three videos have been played, a bonus spin is unlocked for that calendar day. The bonus spin resets daily at midnight and carries the same prize odds as the regular daily spin. No purchase is necessary to earn the bonus spin.
6. Prizes and Odds
The following odds apply equally to both the daily spin and the bonus spin.
Grand Prize: Free Mini Painting
One (1) original mini painting (approximately 2.44") of the winner's choice from Jay the Painter's available mini painting inventory, valued at approximately $40. Odds of winning: 1 in 500 eligible spins.
Secondary Prize: 20% Discount Coupon
A single-use coupon code for 20% off any original painting purchase. Odds: approximately 1 in 6 eligible spins. No cash value.
Secondary Prize: 10% Discount Coupon
A single-use coupon code for 10% off any original painting purchase. Odds: approximately 1 in 6 eligible spins. No cash value.
No Prize
Approximately 2 in 3 spins result in no prize. The wheel displays decorative sections for entertainment purposes only; all actual prize outcomes are determined independently by server-side random selection.
7. Winner Notification
Grand Prize winners will be contacted by Jay the Painter via the email address and/or phone number provided in the claim form within 7 business days of submitting a claim. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited.
8. Prize Conditions
The Grand Prize (free mini painting) is subject to availability. If the selected painting is no longer available, the winner may choose an available mini painting of equal or lesser value. Discount coupons are valid for 90 days from the date issued, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. One coupon per customer per purchase.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive manner. All decisions of the Sponsor are final. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the claim form will be used solely to administer the prize and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
